Our current Feefo review settings are set to send our customers an initial Feefo review invite email and then a second follow up email after a week. There is an option to “opt out of Feefo emails” / “unsubscribe” at the bottom of these review invitation emails. If you have received more than 2 of these Feefo review emails, can you please get in contact with us at media@plasticpipeshop.co.uk to investigate how this has happened. The anonymous review setting is a feature from Feefo which we don't have control over but we can confirm that there is an option at the bottom of the Feefo review form with a tick box that says: “Don’t show name and location against my public review”. This feature has not been ticked in your case. If you still wish to remain anonymous, there should be an option for you to make amendments to the anonymity settings of this review if we contact Feefo services to rectify this.
