This is a poor and biased review - we clearly do not stock this part which is why we did not know how much it weights, it was a Special Order item. You would be wrong to "assume" we knew the dimensions - Data from the manufacturer said it weighed 0.1kg as you can see on the order and no dimensions were provided. It clearly, in reality, weighs a lot more that that, hence we had to ask for extra postage as this is outside the scope of Royal Mail letter service. We got the part in especially for you and advised there would be extra carriage - this is not "very bad service" - you could have just said no and gone elsewhere. There really is no need for all the capital letters advising people to "think twice". The service provided by us in sourcing and supplying this part was excellent.
