Excellent service and very competitive price. We took the low% financing option and that worked out great. Pay extra and have hydro transmission and not cheaper manual.

It is not our fault that your battery was faulty. Batteries are prone to going faulty - how is that our fault? Sorry it took a little longer - in the non-mowing season - to fix, than all of us would have liked, but we have a lot of machines to get through. Timing is not an exact science. We often have to wait a long time for parts. The battery would have had to be replaced whether it was day 1 or day 21 - they cost is the same, so that's not our fault either. The reason we advise get this work done in December/January is so that timings do not really matter as the machine will not be cutting anyway at that time. You are welcome to have the machine serviced anywhere you choose, but bad feedback is a little disappointing after we worked hard to get the machine back in service for you.
