Thanks for your feedback - we are very sorry that your product has not arrived. We have in the last week switched from Royal Mail to a fully tracked courier service with Interlink Express to avoid any 'lost in the post' issues - rare, but obviously frustrating when they occasionally occur. We'll re-despatch your order immediately by courier.
