Sorry that you perceived we missed our proposition - this is not the case. The order was placed well after our next working day order cut off at 2pm on the 24th and we delivered on Monday 28th as we should have - the weekend accounts for the additional days.

Excellent organisation and prompt delivery re-schedule.
We're sorry, but this simply isn't the case - assuming you'd know what products are needed to create our comprehensive kit, Amazon works out £0.92 more expensive, from several Amazon marketplace suppliers delivering at different times, and without either the detailed instructional guide or the pre- and post-sale support that many of our customers use and value.
