First time customer...very satisfied with service but do wish shipping was not so prohibitive with credit card out-of-country surcharge and currency exchange rate I wound up paying just short of $30...
There is nothing like Grand Illusions. In a world of dull, imitative retailers, it is amazing to find one with imagination and verve. Great service, too!

New website isn't as nice to navigate as the old one, rather too many fancy-but-useless graphics. But the goods on offer, and the service, is top-notch.
