Product was delivered within the specified period. The items were well wrapped but there was not excessive packaging. Had nothing to complain about so can not comment on customer services

Sorry. Thank you for your comments. I appreciate there has been a problem. It was unfortunate that the parcel went missing whilst I was away on holiday. As a small business the emails were not looked at whilst I was away, this will be resolved to make sure it does not happen again. Since I have come back from holiday on 9th September I have spoken to the customer.
