we had to phone many times on any issue to get any sort of response comunication was dire we were promised first class serviice but recieved very poor service

We had our house valued and had pictures taken. Jasmine arrived on time, was extremely professional and made all the form filling very straight forward. Cant wait to see our brochure!

Disappointing.
Keep in touch more rather than the seller having to chase the agent for updates. Be more proactive in the selling cycle. Not have so many different contact inbividuales dealing with any particulars.
