Dear Mr Behan – I would like to reiterate our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that was caused during your buying experience with Barriers Direct. Whilst we do appreciate your frustration that occurred during your delivery, it was explained at the time that the order had been placed incorrectly causing a confusion that was not initially picked up on.
