I never had to ask myself question due to the frequent communication from 1Life.
I suggest that we have cash back for loyal customers who didn’t claim maybe in a specific period.

I am fortunate enough not to have claimed before but they were quick to answer the phone when I added members, so no long waiting time. That was impressive.
