My bank made a mistake by reversing the wrong debit order my 1life policy, which created a lot of misunderstanding between me, bank and 1life. One of your consultant help me to save my policy.

I've had a good service thus far however I am still waiting for my policy documents to be mailed to me via post if that could be attended I'll be a happy customer
