I was not happy at all
It was bad when I claimed for my cousin sister's funeral last year it took 2 weeks to be paid whilst 1life funeral was busy interrogating my family about genuiness of my claim

still awaiting someone to call me about dreaded diease after many promises to do so now i would rather cancel this policy imagine if my wife must wait this long if i am not around

I shouldve thougt twice before takin a policy from you. It's useless!!!
Bad, cancel policy with immediate effect. Debit order has been stopped at bank, immediately stop fro your side too.
