I do apologise that this item did not meet the quality you were expecting, if it was due to you expecting more quality, this would be classed as a change of mind, if this is the case, I have provided you with the returns address below, if the quality is due to the item/items being damaged, we ask to please send across a photo to our email address which is customer.service@createandcraft.com with the order number, and one of our advisors will pass this to our supplier support team for you.

If you can include a short description of why the items have been returned and the order to which they belong which is 30727588 as this will help speed the returns process up greatly.
