Actually my worst experience of ordering something over the internet. Sorry but some mix-up meant that a present I wanted to give my niece for her birthday arrived in the shop over two weeks late!

So sorry to hear this. I can see here that the item did arrive for collection a little late and is now available in Notting Hill for you to pick up. Please do let us know if you can pop in to get it, or we will happily send it out to you at no charge, or offer a refund if preferred.
