Thank you for taking the time to leave this useful feedback. We have discussed this with the designer and due to the hand crafted nature of silk-screen printing, where each pull is unique, slight variations naturally occur. Some people really like this fact as it is not a machine made perfect digital print but I am sorry it was not to your satisfaction here. Nonetheless, we are going to make sure we keep an extra carefully eye on all these prints that go out going forward to ensure the quality. We have also sent you a separate email about this to try and help turn around your opinion of our service!
