We can only apologise for the disappointment you have been caused by this situation. Any out of policy returns can only be approved at a brands discretion, and unfortunately they advised they were not able to accept your return. As we sell products on behalf of the brands that we work with, we don't own any of the stock that we sell and we pass the majority of the sale directly back to the brand themselves, so we do need to uphold the returns policy that we have agreed with them.

Service was okay but the size of the scarf was considerably smaller than the normal scarf size. So wouldn't recommend.
