We have been in touch and have explained that it was despatched on time with the correct delivery but unfortunately we were badly let down by the courier.
The items have been delivered but we never like to see customers disappointed so we have issued a complete refund for the postage charge and 50% of the value of the products by way of apology. We will be making changes to our courier selection in future to try and avoid this happening again.
