Firstly allow me to apologise for the delivery received within the holiday period. We always try to update your account with holiday delivery information when it is provided. It seems on this occasion that information was missed. If you would like to you can drop us an email at contactus@ypo.co.uk with your delivery date information and we will be more than happy to update this for you at any time.

In relation to the discontinued items, a substitution is almost always supplied, especially with items of this nature. your comments have been forwarded to our Quality Assurance team who will look into this further.
