Order was more than a week late. Impossible to get through on phone or via messaging service until I asked to cancel order and have a refund then had an immediate response with overnight delivery!...

No response, to enquiries, no delivery, no good
No customer care visible. Promised delivery 2-5 days on booking 28 February. Followed ip 2 weeks later with email to find out when delivery was a reality. No response. Called by telephone many times...
