We paid £3.00 postage and packing for this order which took one week to arrive?

Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the time taken for you to receive your order.
I can see from the information on your order that it was placed with our Royal Mail Standard Delivery service.
We do state on our Delivery Information page that any orders placed using this method can take 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends) in order to arrive with customers.
For customers who would prefer to receive their order quicker, we do offer a Next Working Day Delivery service which is fulfilled via courier.
They deliver good products at a good price, but the paperwork sent with the order was all wrong and confusing - it contained details of somebody else's order.
Product delivery was very very slow. 2nd Class Post should be two/three working days and this took five. Not good by today's standards by parcel carriers.

As you have commented that your order arrived on the fifth day after placing it, it did arrive within the specified timeframe.
