Please accept my apologies that you have experienced issues with receiving your order.
I can see from the tracking information on your order that due to an incorrect delivery address, the courier was unable to deliver your order to the requested location on the 10/4/18.
Unfortunately, due to the courier being unable to resolve this error, your order was then sent back to us.
As a result, we authorised and processed a credit refund on your order with the credit note reference number 1843228 as soon as we received the items back into our warehouse.
Please note that it can take 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends) in order for the funds to appear in your bank or building society account.
Please also accept my further apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.
