Thankyou for your feedback. Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies over any inconvenience caused by the non- delivery of your items.
I have just looked into your order and I can see that due to a warehousing error your goods were never dispatched from our warehouse although our warehouse system had indicated so.
I can see that your were refunded for the cost of your order on 06.01.2014 after our warehouse system had been fully checked. I have passed your feedback on to our warehouse team to investigate methods to prevent this from happening going forward.

Upon investigation of your order, I can see that you ordered your stamps on Saturday 14th December; as we do not process orders over the weekend your order was processed on the 16th which was the next working day.
Your items were dispatched on 16.12.2013 for delivery via Royal Mail and deliveries made by Royal Mail can take up to five working days to be received.
