Here at The Post Office Shop, we do strive to deliver the highest level of Customer Service and provide you with a positive ordering experience and given the condition in which your stamps were received; unfortunately we did not do so.
However, in light of your comments we have passed your feedback on to our collectibles team who have now arranged for stamps to be delivered in Do Not Bend envelopes to prevent them being creased in transit going forward.

The poor service came from the packing team. The first sheet just came in a padded envelope having also been folded in half. The second one which I refused to accept from the delivery as it had been packed again folded in half. The final sheet had been stuffed into the envelope by the team creasing it up!
5 out of my 7 items ordered arrived within a few days. When I phoned I was told the other 2 were on another van. 1 arrived 2 days later but it took another phone call before the other arrived a week...
