The first thing I should say is that in an industry with such a bad reputation these people are solid and trustworthy. I have bought through them at least 5 times.
So why only three stars?
1) one...
The whole exercise of buying our timeshare was smooth and efficient. If you said that you were going to do something, you did; consequently making the purchasing of our apartment stress free.
Great service from start to finish. Professional, polite and always available on the phone to answer questions and make sure you are looked after through every step.
