Many thanks for reassessing your feedback - our policy with all EU orders is to contact the customer prior to shipping confirming that we will remove VAT from the order to be dispatched , in this case I'm afraid there was a human error made and this caused you to pay VAT , effectively twice. I believe the difference has now been credited to your account.
We are hoping to have a more automated system for dealing with VAT to EU Countries shortly - but to be honest Brexit has caused untold issues - with very little gain - I always wanted to Remain
