Item I ordered was out of stock but Sandra from Woods phoned to explain this, when the next delivery of my item was due in and said if it arrived with them as predicted she would get it to me in time...
I ordered the wrong size shirt, I had opened it and tried it on and they changed it for a smaller one without fuss.
Great choice of products, I will definitely use them again.
Rapid and efficient delivery at a difficult time of the year. There is always a good selection of products for the "older" man. One of my favourite suppliers.

Yes I would buy from them again, they were efficient and had what I wanted. I would have bought more of the same only they didn't have the stock
