I know there were quite a few problems with your order and I was kept abreast of the situation. I can only appologise for the fact that we initially sent out the wrong shirt - human error I'm afraid , but I believe we put things right as soon as we could. I also believe that we sent the correct shirt prior to receiving the other back in order to ensure that you had this shirt to wear. Having said this I accept that this was not particularly good service and I hope the fact that we put things right as swiftly as possible perhaps redeemed your view of us a company.

Your garters were sent by Royal Mail on the 12th August, shipping time to the USA is typically 7-10 days. I would like to ask you to reconsider your ratings of our product and service as 'bad' in light of this fact. Your rating as it standa will be misleading to any other viewers.

the garters arrived yester day,08/18/2008. they are a gift from my wife. I tried them on befor supper last night and they worke out just fone. Thank you verry much Andy Crowe

We will be trying to make our shipping policy a little clearer to overseas customers in the future - we are usually quite quick at gettinging goods out but 2 days to the USA is a little beyond us without charging a disproportionately high amount in shipping
