I can confirm that the goods were sent on the 25th of November- we have checked our mail logs and do not seem to have received your e-mail ref the non arrival - they may have been mislaid in the run up to Christmas for which we apologise. We will immediately instigate a claim with royal mail and are keen to get replacement goods to you as soon as possible. We have unfortunately sold out of the navy design suspenders but will have more of the plain navy and grey in stock within 14 days - with your permission we will send out a plain grey and plain navy to you as soon as they come in. I hope this will resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
