Very friendly, helpful staff - a pleasure to deal with this company. Possible oversight though when the invoice was sent to the recipient of the item rather than to the card holder address.
AWESOME service and amazing products!!! One item was out of stock. I was promptly notified and chose a replacement. Got my socks in the US in under 2 weeks.

I was very impressed by the service I received from Woods of Shropshire.
Affordable Quality. Traditional marketing. I had a mental image of the store "Grace Brothers" in which the (now very ancient) sit-com, "Are You Being Served" was set. The epitome of good taste.
Excellent service, the shirts arrived promptly. As they did not fit I returned with a no problem returns service. I had not selected an option and so they called me to arrange a refund.
