Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

The only criticism is that the wedges could not always be hammered fully in and I had to cut a few of them .However I found that I didnt need to use many so I had a lot left over.

Thanks very much for your feedback. Sorry you had to chop a few dowels up to make it fit. Usually they go together nice and easily, but we were thinking sometimes there may be a hard knot inside the blocx that may stop the dowels from expanding correctly. I'm glad your happy with the end result and if there is anything else I can do please let me know. Cheers Henry
