Never got my order

I ordered on 06/05/24. My credit card was charged on 06/06/2024. It is now 06/19/2024 and I never received my order they won't respond to my email.

Thanks for your Review letting us know that that your package has not arrived. We shipped it Fedex Ground on Monday 6/10 and tracking indicates it was in Texas three days later. For some unknown reason Fedex is fumbling the ball and it has been in the hands of the Austin terminal for a week. We're contacting our Fedex Rep to remedy the situation. In the meantime I sent an email to you offering to ship out an immediate free replacement. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thanks! Megan (207)429-9682 (M-F 8-5 ET)
