To preserve the highest vigor we maintain our seed potatoes in a state of dormancy. As explained in the 'Organic Potato Growing Guide' sent with your order, simply place the seed tubers in a warm room (70-75oF) and in a week or ten days sprouts will appear in the eyes and the vigorous seed will ready for planting. However, we are farmers and we have never scammed anyone in our 35-years of doing business growing and selling-direct our Organic Certified Seed Potatoes. You ordered one-half-pound sacks (8 oz.) of Certified Seed Potatoes. We sell by weight. The sacks we sent you contained perfectly-sized, high-vigor seed tubers which totaled the 8 ounces as represented. Since we always stand by our satisfaction guarantee you are most certainly welcome to return your order and we will then be happy to issue a refund. Thanks! Jim
