Hi Donald, the seed potatoes we sell don't typically have sprouts or large sprouts due to the fact we store them in a dormant state at cold temperatures in the dark. This prevents them from sprouting and extends their lifespan, which is especially important at this time of year when they are reaching the end of their viability.
