Hi Brian, not to worry. Nowadays a lot of potato varieties have eyes which are hard to see. For greatest vigor we keep our seed potatoes dormant in storage. Once you receive the seed tubers warm up seed to 75oF and in a week or so you'll see the sprouts beginning to emerge from the eyes, indication you've brought them out of dormancy. Caleb
