Thanks for posting your Review. We offer a default shipping date for folks who are happy to have us determine when to ship their organic Certified Seed Potatoes. There's also an option where a customer may tell us which week they want their order shipped, should they have a specific preference. Unlike our competition, we grow our own seed and ship directly from the farm every week from late Sept until July 4. Caleb
