Rose, one of our customers plants his potatoes in what he calls a 'War Canoe.' In his garden he buries 1/4" galvanized hardware mesh in the shape of a canoe and planting his potatoes inside it serves to protect them from pesky burrowing voles. Thanks for your support of our family farm! Caleb
