I'm sorry you had trouble. We always encourage folks to call us if they run into a problem. Some Potato varieties are very Dormant and respond well to pre-plant-warming at 70-75oF upon receipt (https://www.woodprairie.com/downloads/Growing_Guide_2023_Accessible_Version.pdf). Warming Dormant tubers at this warm room temp suppresses Apical Dominance and encourages secondary sprouts to begin growing. At this stage I would suggest warming up the seed tubers in the light at 70-80oF. You should see additional sprouting within about a week. Then tubers will be in good shape for planting.
