Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Actually this is not true. Your company finally issued the insurance certificate, but despite having all passport copies etc., you still spelled the names wrongly of 2 of my family members. Not impressed.

I was informed that there would be an automatic increase of at least 12% from 2017 - despite the fact that we don't even have the insurance certificate, and we obviously have NOT A SINGLE CLAIM. hoW CAN YOU POSSIBLY JUSTIFY THIS?
