Excellent quality and service

Reliable speedy delivery to Australia, with a leave at the door option. Clothes have been uniformly great quality, well cut and nice fabrics.

Awful

You did not tell me my jeans were delivered. Not helpful for whistles, who have a 14 day returns policy. I don’t know if these jeans even fit me and I know know from being asked to review that they...

The website was easy to navigate and delivery was very quick. In store the staff were really friendly when I went to pick up my order and it was easy to return the item

Poor packaging for delicate item,so arrived damaged.

The earings may well have been fine,BUT they arrived damaged as they had been packed in a large plastic bag with no padding/box.Therefore I wouldn't order jewellery from Whistles again.
