I have contacted the costumer service and leanered that if I don’t find the delivery receipt there is nothing they can do, so does this mean I couldn’t get my money back for someone who made an mistake in the warehouse? You have my order details and the item code, I’m sure you could find it’s back in the store?

I didn’t except this kind of issue would happen since they were all in the same bag and the shoe was in a box as well,it doesn’t make scenes. And I have lost the postage receipts, is there anything that we can do to get this sorted?
