Westminster Stone Omdömen

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback, and for choosing us again for the restoration of your C17th property. We’re delighted to hear that the farmhouse floor has worked so well and that, after a little time and treatment, the colour looks perfect. We’re sorry to hear that the delivery caused some frustration. A large percentage of our deliveries are kerbside only (due to only having one HGV of our own), and unfortunately courier drivers are unable to move stone onto private property or over walls. We do appreciate, however, that having 3,000kg of stone delivered to the roadside can present a significant challenge, particularly where access is difficult, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. Thank you again for your repeat custom and for your honest feedback. We really appreciate your business and hope you continue to enjoy the finished floor for many years to come! Kind Regards

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you’re pleased with the finished result and that the Antique Fieldmoor looks so well suited to your Victorian stone cottage. It’s also great to hear that the 22mm thickness helped minimise breakages during laying. We really appreciate your kind comments about our customer service. We’re sorry, however, that the delivery experience did not meet expectations, particularly given that you had highlighted the difficult access and paid extra for a smaller vehicle. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and will take your feedback on board with our delivery team. Thank you again for choosing us and for your helpful feedback. We hope you enjoy your beautiful new stone for many years to come! Kind Regards Jessica
