The reason I am leaving poor feedback is because I was given a verbal price on the phone yet when I rang back to book the holiday,the price had risen by £100 per person.

The web-site could be clearer that you can't actually book on the site and that someone will call you. On the day I booked I was at home but gave my work number as that is my normal one for day-time, so it could have gone wrong. I phoned in anyway so it worked fine but it could be clearer.
