We would like to thank you for giving us some feedback regarding your tour experience and we are really sorry to hear of your disappointment with some aspects of the tour, especially about the food provided during the tour. Meals in China traditionally comprise of a variety of small dishes placed on a ‘Lazy Susan’ for people to share. This works extremely well for our tours and allows our customers the opportunity to sample a variety of food and to choose dishes which appeal to them. We are sorry to hear you found the food repetitious but please rest assured your comments have been passed onto our office in China for the future improvements. Your National ******, Addison, has reported to us that he advised the group about limited time for dinner to allow the opportunity to enjoy some evening shows and excursions but he will take your comments on board to improve his performance and provide our future clients with more relaxed tour pace.
