Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

We are only able to include complimentary chauffer driven transfers to those who upgrade to business class with Air China if they live within 75 miles of London Heathrow, and it is necessary for us to charge a supplement for any who live further. Having said this, we are sorry to hear of any disappointment with the service you received from a member of our team and please be assured all feedback we receive from our customers is always onto our management team for future improvements. Kind regards, Lorraine, Wendy Wu Tours
