Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

Thank you for your constructive feedback and please rest assured your comments have all been taken on-board. The decision to introduce compulsory tipping on group tours was to simplify the paying of gratuities following feedback from our customers who reported uncertainty about when, who and how much they should tip. Tipping is not always expected in China but it is in the tourism industry and please be assured tips are always fairly distributed amongst the staff involved in our group tours, including local guides, drivers, site guides and our National *******.
