Wendy Wu Tours Omdömen

Welcome home from your recent trip and we are very grateful you have taken the time to post your feedback about your experiences while you were away. We are pleased to hear that your National ****** managed to provide you with a service that is reflective of the standards we promote throughout Wendy Wu and enhanced your experiences while on tour. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance for us therefore, it is regretful to hear that you felt some aspects of your tour could be improved. With regards to the shopping opportunities we include, this gives our passengers the chance to purchase high quality goods from reputable outlets, offering peace of mind. We usually receive very positive feedback about shopping opportunities from our passengers, therefore we are disappointed that this experience was not to your liking. Thank you for your constructive feedback which we reply upon for the continuous improvement of our tours for future customers. Kind regards, Junior.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review of your booking experience and we trust you are looking forward to your up and coming Wendy Wu tour. Thank you for your suggestion on allowing bookings to be made through our Wendy Wu website. As we offer a comprehensive selection of group tours, private tours and endless tailor-made possibilities, we have found that the best booking experience for our customers is to discuss their needs with our expert reservation staff by phone. This allows for us to really understand your needs and meet them as closely as possible. However we are currently working on including this facility on our website for the future, thank you for your suggestion. We look forward to hearing from you upon your return from your trip and we wish you the best of journeys. Kind regards, Junior.
