Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Thank you for posting your comments and letting us know of your experiences while on tour with us and we regret any disappointment you may have experienced in relation to some aspects of your tour. The optional extra tours which are offered tend to change due to location and availability and are best advised locally about the types of experience on offer. You can find information about this in our brochure but we acknowledge that you feel this information should be made clearer. We will look into your comments about your guide as we regret you feel you did not receive the service which is in line with our expectations. Your further comments have also been duly noted for the continuous improvement of our touring. We hope you have returned with some great memories of your trip to China which will last a long time to come. Kind regards, Lorraine

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments following your tour and we sincerely regret you did not enjoy your time in China with us. With our group tours it can be hard to please everybody as passenger interests may differ and the itinerary will need to be completed. it sounds as though our Private tours would suit you better as you can visit attractions at your own pace and not that of the tour group. As it is tour, your hotels are usually located near to attractions to reduce travelling times. We hope you will travel with us again in the future so we can demonstrate how travelling to China on the right product for you, can be an unforgettable experience. Kind regards, Lorraine

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments and make us aware of your experience while on tour. We regret any disappointment experienced with regards to your accommodation at the Base Camp which are very basic accommodation and as you are aware options are limited in that particular area. nonetheless, we hope you have otherwise had some enjoyable aspects of your tour and wish you to travel with us again in the future. We appreciate your amazing comments about your guide Britaney who has obviously left an lasting impression on you due to her passion for helping people and excellent customer service. We will be sure to pass your comments over to our China office and they will in turn inform Britaney of your very kind comments. It was great to hear the Great Wall and the trip to the Warrior pits were fascinating highlights of your tour. We look forward to welcoming you or any of your recommended friends or family on tour with us to sample all the wonders and service you experienced. Kind regards, Lorraine
