Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Wendy our tour guide was very good and ran the first week like clock work, with plenty of interesting places to eat. Wendy did a great job of looking after us.

Welcome back from your tour with Wendy Wu ! We have forwarded your feedback onto our office in China who will share this with Wendy - thank you it will make her day! We are glad that you enjoyed your tour with us visiting such fascinating sites China has to offer! We were not made aware of any disruption in connection to your river boat - we do regret any inconvenience that you may have experienced at this time. We trust that the remainder of your arrangements went smoothly. We hope you can appreciate that the majority of the tourists in China are Chinese which is why you might have felt this was the case. We sincerely thank you for your feedback and hope that you have left with fond memories. Kind regards, Shanice
