Fantastic, easy to book, simple to upload all required documents, and friendly customer service before and after. Yes it's hard work driving some of the older vans, but an incredibly rewarding...
Open communication, great vehicle. Some inconsistencies in terms of what you need to provide to prove you can drive (email content Vs text on website) but nothing a quick email couldn't solve.

Friendly staff, lovely campervan, great experience!
This was our first camper van experience and we loved it. Dexter was fab, easy to drive, roomy and cosy. Loved it so much we’ve booked again for next year!

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. There were mugs were in the campervan as we check the inventory on all campervans when they return so i am sorry you couldn't find them in the cupboard. We provide a complete breakdown of the inventory on our website here - https://www.vwcamperhire.com/vw/what-is-included.php.
We also have a full FAQS section here - https://www.vwcamperhire.com/vw/faqs.php and a guide to how it works here - https://www.vwcamperhire.com/vw/how-does-this-work.php
We are also available on email and phone if you have any questions at all.
We normally get great reviews for communication so we will see if we can make the inventory more prominent on the website. Thanks again for your valued feedback.
