Sam was excellent from the start of the booking on the Groupon website to advising on the options and carefully selecting the hotel to our requirements .

Helpful, polite and efficient. Would use again
Booked our holiday with Sam. He was courteous and really helpful, even trying to get us a nicer room with pool view. Very pleasant experience and would definitely book through Sam again
